Founded in Vancouver in 2021. Connected across Canada and the United States. Serving customers worldwide.

Sliver Industrial Design & Engineering

Our History

Founded in Vancouver, Canada in 2021, SIDE grew from a practical product design and engineering team to a connected presence in Vancouver and Los Angeles. Today, our Canadian and U.S. operations support customers worldwide, bringing electronics, embedded software, mechanical design, and prototyping together for each project.

Our Approach

Every project begins with a different set of requirements. We work with you to understand the product, the technical questions, and the constraints before defining the engineering scope.

Our in-house team connects the disciplines involved in the product. Circuit choices, software behavior, physical interfaces, and enclosure design are considered together, with prototypes used to evaluate the direction and identify what needs refinement.

What We Bring to Your Project

A Practical Starting Point

Begin with your requirements, an early concept, or an existing design problem.

Connected Disciplines

Coordinate electronics, software, and mechanical decisions around one product direction.

Focus on the Next Step

Define useful design tasks, review the findings, and refine the solution through development.

Let’s Discuss What Comes Next

Whether you are developing a new product or looking for help with a specific engineering challenge, we welcome the opportunity to understand your needs. Tell us where the project stands and what you want to achieve.
